It's been awhile. Development has been slow due to personal terms I have started on the screenpack. For those who are still concerned, the screenpack is at 30% and will be finished around Winter of this year.

For
those who are still using Winmugen+, you're out of luck. As I'm slowly
losing interest in MUGEN, I've decided to cease production on the
screenpack and get it over with the 1.0 version instead. You can still
see the old development screenshots at the Addons page.
